The base of this product is the classic Spanish Manzanilla olive. In contrast to lower quality green olives, the texture is soft, but not bland. The flavour dressing in which the olives are preserved has been refined and perfected to produce an exquisite but not overpowering flavour - typical of the Spanish style of conserving olives in flavour brine. This gives an olive which is markedly different in flavour to many of the Italian and Greek olives commonly available and makes it instantly recognisable as Spanish.
